Terms and Conditions of Business
- Before introducing a Worker to you we shall inform you of his identity and (where applicable and to the extent that we are permitted) provide you with details of his experience, training, qualifications, references and / or authorisations.
- You shall specify your exact requirements by providing full details of the work and / or services for which the Worker is required.
- On completion of an Assignment you shall pay the fees for that Assignment to the Worker who shall collect payment from you on our behalf.
- Extra Care Home Services Ltd has a written complaints policy in place should you be unhappy with any level of service provided through us.
- Extra Care Home Services Ltd has its own Public Liability Insurance, but emphasizes it is still the householders responsibility to be adequately covered by their own home insurance.
- If you decide to cancel the services of Extra Care Home Services Ltd it is requested that where possible two weeks notice be given or fees in lieu may be charged.
